American Woman, in which Sienna stars alongside Christina Hendricks, tells the tale of the disappearance of a woman's teen daughter in a small Pennsylvania town.

The 32-year-old is left to raise her infant grandson alone, with the story spanning over a total of 11 years.

The film had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 9, 2018.
