John Graziano was left in vegetative state after a car crash caused by Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea in 2007.
Now five years on, his younger brother Micheal, 24, has been left fighting for his life after getting into an eerily similar wreck himself.
Both brothers were passengers in speeding cars, both were not wearing their seat belts and both were critically injured.

Their devastated mother Debbie said: 'Please pray for my son John and please pray for my son Michael,' reports Bay News 9.
'It's the same thing all over again.'
The Florida Highway Patrol told TMZ the car Graziano was travelling in, a 1994 Volvo, hit the back of a dump truck at 2:30am at high speed.

He pleaded no contest to charges of felony reckless driving stemming from the August 2007 accident in Clearwater, Florida.
The teenager was speeding in his yellow Toyoya Supra with his best friend John, who was just 22, in the passenger seat when the vehicle careered off the highway and hit a palm tree.
Nick was admitted to hospital with minor injuries, while John suffered a broken skull and other severe injuries.
The former U.S. Marine John will need a lifetime of full-time medical care.

Speaking in court at the time of his sentencing, Nick said: 'I would like to apologise to the Grazianos and to my family for the accident.
'Every single day I think about the accident and about John.'
'I will never ever be able to say I'm sorry enough.'
During sentencing, Judge Philip Federico said: 'I think there is an understanding of what happened, and there is a sense of acceptance of responsibility.
'There is nothing that the court can impose that is close to what John has dealt with or will have to deal with as he moves forward.'
Following Nick's sentencing, his lawyers released a statement saying the teenager was committed to raising money for his friend's medical treatment.
John's family had asked the court to jail Nick for up to a year, well below the five year sentence he could have received.
