When Sienna Miller appeared on the September 2007 cover of American Vogue, she was criticised by the high priestess of fashion, Anna Wintour, for her 'toothy' appearance and 'unruly hair'.
And with footage of the photo shoot appearing in new documentary The September Issue, Sienna's embarrassment will be seen on screen.
But it appears the actress has forgiven Vogue's haughty editor-in-chief - also known as Anna 'Nuclear' Wintour because of her aloof and demanding persona - for the slights on her personal appearance, as the two posed together at the New York screening of the documentary last night.

However Sienna kept her toothy grin firmly under wraps in a less than relaxed looking pose for the red carpet veteran.
Anna, 59, and Sienna, 27, arrived at the star-studded screening at the Museum of Modern Art and posed side by side.
While the two moment have come into contact several times over the years, the body language was notably awkward as they stood soldier-like together.
Fresh from a break in Ibiza with new boyfriend George Baker, the 27-year-old looked tanned and radiant as she showed off her bronzed legs in a strapless baby blue Taksoon mini-dress and gold Jimmy Choo heels.
Something to smile about: 'Toothy' Sienna looked more comfortable as she posed alone in her Taksoon mini dress without Anna
Shunning her usual darker colours, the London-born Anna looked colourful in a multi-print Prada dress and beige kitten heels.
Cover girl: After much debate, Anna approved this September 2007 cover of Sienna
The September Issue was filmed in the run-up to the September 2007 issue of the coveted fashion bible and gives an insight to the inner workings of the world's most famous magazine.
Sienna was chosen to be the cover girl and eventually featured wearing a feathered dress and red lipstick on the issue.
But, as the documentary shows, it took a lot of time and effort to reached the finished look.
In a clip from the documentary, photographer Mario Testino and design director Charles Churchward debate whether putting Sienna's head from one shot onto another shot of her body after claiming her neck is going to need a lot of work to be presentable.
Charles said: 'You're gonna have to retouch a lot of neck.
'There's a lot of teeth. It's very teethy. And also there's a filling, a couple of fillings there, but of course we can fix that.'
Amber alert: Renee Zellweger showed off her svelte figure in an orange and gold Carolina Herrera shift dress and strappy heels
Orange all around: Anna looked slightly more comfortable as she posed cheek-to-cheek with Renee
In another sequence, Anna looks amused as she laughs through her nose as Sienna tries on a designer couture dress during the photo shoot.
Obviously finding the dress a little tight round the waist, Sienna complains that she won't be able to eat any pasta when she goes to Rome.
Seeing a first mock-up of the cover, Anna complains the writing is so 'large and pretentious, it looks like it's for blind people'.
When reports of Sienna's criticism emerged earlier this year, Vogue's head of communications Patrick O’Connell said: 'While some retouching is a fact for any cover, no one is more convinced of Ms Miller’s beauty than Vogue.

'The fact she’s appeared on the magazine’s September cover, our most important issue of the year, is a testimony to this truth.'
The Alfie star’s US publicist Leslie Sloan added: 'Sienna Miller is the first person to admit that her photos are always retouched - no one is ever perfect.'
Also in attendance last night was Renee Zellweger, who showed off her toned legs in an orange and gold shift dress by her favourite designer Carolina Herrera and heels.

Representing the fashion world were designers Oscar De La Renta, Carolina Herrera, Vera Wang, Zac Posen and Jason Wu.
Hip-hop star Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who has his own award-winning fashion label, arrived with his protegee Cassie.
Having shaved her head several months ago, Cassie teamed her edgy half long, half shaved head look with a black jumpsuit.
